I recently had my colonoscopy and wanted to share my experience for anyone feeling nervous about it. From start to finish, the staff were kind, reassuring, and explained every step clearly. The preparation the day before wasn’t the most fun, but it was manageable with the tips they gave me.

On the day, the procedure itself was quick and painless — I was sedated and felt completely at ease. The recovery area was comfortable, and the nurses checked in regularly to make sure I was okay before I went home.

If you’re anxious about having one, I’d say the anticipation is far worse than the actual process. It’s over before you know it, and it’s such an important step for your health. I’m grateful for the care I received and the professionalism of the whole team.

I came in yesterday for an endoscopy, I was so nervous but the staff really put me at ease. Rina George is an amazing surgeon who showed me so much compassion I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do my procedure. She deserves so much praise. Thank you so much for understanding my concerns and making the procedure not half as frightening as I thought it would be. You are amazing at your job rina :)

I had a colondoscopy and endoscopy today 14/4/26
I was very anxious and suffer from ms. I had one at pinderfields years ago and it was horrendous so was terrified . From the first time I saw Dr Nirja Khetan he reassured me he would take good care of me even though I was terrified. Well today I did it yayyyyy. I couldn't have asked for better care he explained everything gave me sedation, not full I was aware of everything. What a kind , caring man and the nurses were brilliant. Thankyou all so much and I won't dread another if I ever have to have you again. Your all a credit to your profession. THANKYOU

Came for a colonoscopy on 7th Feb 2026 & was so nervous, really stressed about the whol thing but the nurses were absolutely fabulous, made me feel so at ease right from checking in to to been released. Couldn't ask for better staff

I saw Mr Mathapati regarding my eyes. He was lovely, kind and caring. All the staff were fantastic

I had a cataract done 4 weeks ago wow what an amazing service, the staff are really nice and made me feel at ease and they actually care ,thank u Mr mathapati and all the team, so glad I was referred to phoenix, would definitely recommend this company

What wonderful,kind staff I had a cataract done last sat the staff are absolutely amazing, caring and i was really scared but they put me at ease,Mr Mathapati is a wonderful surgeon, I was able to see properly after 3 hrs after my surgery, so thank you to all the staff at phoenix

I would like to say a big thank you to the Doctor and Nurses. I recently attended for a sigmoidoscopy. The care and treatment I received from everyone was five star. Your care and attention to detail were gratefully appreciated by me and my family.

I had an endoscopy yesterday, all the staff were excellent I can't thank them all enough for the care, kindness and consideration they showed me.
I was very nervous when I arrived but they soon put my mind at rest.
